Teamwork makes the dream work!
The Leighton Dragon Boat team returned to this year’s International Dragon Boat Championships in Hong Kong and brought home a trophy in the Sun Life Gold Cup Final!
Teaming up at the Dragon Boat Festival, held at the Stanley Main Beach, were 20 paddlers, a drummer and a steerer.
The Leighton Dragon underwent intensive training in the months leading up to the 22 June event, to get ready to make a splash.
