Data Centre in Hyderabad

Leighton Asia in a joint venture with Sterling and Wilson, to fit out a data centre in Hyderabad, India.

Work includes fitting out the data centre with civil, structural, architectural works including hot aisle containment, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection services and security systems as well as the internal architectural finishes, installation, construction, assembly, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and BIM design development.

This project has a target for an Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification.
