Andries Ludik, Operations Manager for our Philippines business, shared that Leighton Asia's recognition of women’s efforts and unique values is fundamental to our success. Through initiatives organised by our Women in Construction and Engineering (WOICE) Group and merit-based performance reviews, we cultivate an inclusive workplace and help women to thrive in the construction industry.
We are working to inspire future generations of women to join, lead and excel in construction.
