Our CALAX project team in the Philippines led a clean-up drive across project sites to promote environmental responsibility and workplace safety.
The initiative focused on improving site cleanliness, reducing hazards, and promoting sustainability in work areas.
Office support teams and site workers joined the clean-up effort by undertaking general housekeeping, maintaining pedestrian walkways and parking areas, cleaning the diversion road, installing signs, and tidying up the main gate and rest shelters. Dust suppression measures were also implemented to improve air quality and site conditions.
This initiative is aligned with Leighton Asia’s effort to meet its environmental and sustainability targets. We commend our teams for coming together in this activity to demonstrate teamwork, practice shared responsibility, and foster a deeper understanding of environmental stewardship.
