The Motorbike Tyre Factory consists of a 4 storey Mixing and Raw Material storage building that is used for the first stage of rubber mixing. A Main Factory building that contains rubber finishing, steam curing and warehousing. 12,000 sqm of external ancillary buildings that includes 2 storey offices, canteen, locker rooms, medical facilities, mushola and several other utility buildings and 65,000 sqm of external roads, car parks, pavements and landscaping.

Our works include the design and build of all Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP works. This included a mixture of structural steel and concrete frame for the main building and ancillary buildings. MEP works include HVAC, Electrical, Compressed Air, Steam and Condensate, Vacuum Systems, Industrial Ventilation, Process Water, Fire Protection & Detection, Automations, Instrumentation and Controls.
