Zuellig Building
The Zuellig Building was the first high-rise office building in the Philippines to be awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council with Precertification at the Platinum Level, under the LEED Core and Shell Rating System.
The contract provided for the construction of a green building – a 33-storey office tower, a two-storey retail component with five levels of basement car parking. Our works covered general construction works, MEPF works including general conditions and preliminaries, basement enclosure, substructure, foundation, structural works, architectural works, other external and fit-out works.
The project successfully combined design creativity and building performance efficiency and adhered to a set of specific energy and environmental principles and features. The project undertook a specific set of processes during every phase to ensure conformance to stringent LEED criteria.
