Leighton Asia to construct a data centre in Hyderabad, India.

The data centre is being delivered in a joint venture with Sterling and Wilson and includes full civil, structural and architectural works, as well as the mechanical, electrical and plumbing fit out.

This project has a target for an Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification.
