North Luzon Expressway Harbor Link Segment 10

Phase 2, Segment 10 of the Manila North Expressway project consists of 5.6 km of elevated highway from McArthur Highway to C3 Road with provisions for future expansion to a 6-lane divided elevated expressway.

The expressway, which is being constructed largely along a disused railway alignment, includes the construction of the foundations, sub-structure and superstructure of the elevated highway, together with surfacing. It also includes coordination of the construction of the traffic management systems, construction of the toll buildings and associated infrastructure.

Upon completion, NLEX will help decongest the traffic in metro Manila and improve the movement of cargo from the Port of Manila by providing an efficient access among existing road networks.
